ADM to Build New Feed Facility in Illinois

Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) announced its plans to build a new, state-of-the-art feed facility that will replace the company’s current facility in Quincy, Illinois.

In order to better meet shifting customer needs, the new facility will include expanded warehouse space, a dedicated feed line for non-medicated feed products, improved capability to meet increased demand for products, automated packaging and process controls, and pressed tubs for multiple species.

The company is currently working with local authorities to gain all necessary permits, with construction of the project expected to begin in the near future with completion in mid-2018.
