Rachael Spiegel is an Associate at Faegre Baker Daniels who has spent much time writing and educating others about GMO labeling in the United States and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). The regulations associated with both have implications for the operations of stakeholders across the oilseed and grain value chain.
