Vitamin E Sourced from Rapeseed Can Offer Soy-Free Alternative

Yorba Linda, California-based company, Nutralliance, has launched RavEtol, the first rapeseed-sourced vitamin E ingredient on the North American market.

Compared to vitamin E sourced from soy, vitamin E sourced from rapeseed carries a similar tocopherol value, but a higher alpha content according to the company.

The newly released product, which is available in oil and powdered formulas, adds to the company’s existing line of non-GMO vitamin E products including alpha tocopherol, mixed tocopherols, and plant sterols which are currently being sold across the United States in partnership with Advanced Organic Materials of Argentina (AOM).

“We are very proud of our entire natural, non-GMO E line with AOM, but the addition of RavEtol has us more excited than ever about the advantage we’re able to offer our customers,” said Brian Salerno, president and CEO, Nutralliance.
