ADM Announces Senior Management Appointments
Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has announced new management position appointments to be effective immediately.
Gregory Morris has been named as senior vice president and president of Global Oilseeds, and Vince Macciocchi has been named as senior vice president and president of WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients. Mark Bemis, current senior vice president - North America, has been added as chief risk officer and current president of ADM’s Corn Processing business, Chris Cuddy, has been named senior vice president of the company.

Gregory Morris has been with ADM for 20 years, 17 of those years as leader of the group’s Oilseeds team, and two as president of North American Oilseeds. After launching ADM’s WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients unit, Mr. Morris returns to ADM Global Oilseeds to lead the unit toward further strategic growth.
Taking the lead of WILD Flavors & Specialty Ingredients (WFSI) is Vince Macciocchi. With more than 25 years’ experience in the ingredients business, Mr. Macciocchi served as WFSI, North American chief operating officer before being named as global president, WILD Flavors. With the appointment, Mr. Macciocchi will be joining the group’s Executive Council and will be part of ADM’s senior level performance and strategy discussions.
Mark Bemis has been asked to assume the role of chief risk officer, to manage the company’s commodity risk due to his 30 years’ experience regarding risk and ADM’s entire supply chain. Since joining ADM in 1983, Mr. Bemis has held various positions with the groups across a wide array of businesses including as president of ADM’s Cocoa, Milling and Financial Services businesses, vice president and general manager for ADM Cocoa North America, and various management positions in the company’s Agricultural Services, Malt, Corn Processing, and Oilseeds Processing businesses.
After two months as leader of ADM’s corn business, Chris Cuddy has been named senior vice president of the company. Since joining ADM in 1998, Mr. Cuddy has held a variety of roles including leading the sweeteners and starches group, president of ADM’s joint venture based in Guadalajara, Mexico, Almidones Mexicanos, SA de CV (Almex), vice president, ADM Corn Processing, North American sales manager for ADM BioProducts, and as a senior commodity trader for ADM Grain.
